Cloud Vendor Manager

The platform vendor management team leads the development and maintenance of Autodesk’s cloud-based infrastructure to ensure a highly resilient and secure platform for all customers.

The team manages 3rd party vendors that provide foundational technology for Autodesk Platform Services, including cloud-native vendors across domains such as API Management, Security, Databases, SAAS/PAAS providers, Localization, Service and staff augmentation providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support specific business areas and manage all vendor accounts.
  • Create and manage vendor management policies and procedures.
  • Ensure vendor compliance with Autodesk's documented policies and procedures.
  • Participate in negotiations, issue management, and offboarding processes.
  • Work with Business Owners, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, and Security teams on RF(x) processes, technical vendor evaluations, security assessments, and other projects as needed.
  • Work with Business, Procurement, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure contracts have appropriate terms and conditions, service level agreements, key performance indicators, and escalation processes.
  • Responsible for contract management including compliance, oversight, and adherence to change control procedures.
  • Monitor and ensure contract renewals are planned and executed well in advance of expiry.
  • Monitor vendor performance, financial status, SLA/KPI monitoring.
  • Drive and facilitate any disputes between business and vendor to resolution.
