**Job Overview:**

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a site-based team, overseeing operations to meet service and maintenance benchmarks, addressing daily operational and technical issues, maintaining quality standards, and achieving financial objectives.

As a senior operations leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the team, driving service excellence while staying within contractual guidelines. You will also identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies to enhance existing processes, and contribute to the development of a strong service team through initiative-taking and regular training.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in automated handling systems, capital goods industry, or system integration business, with a bachelor's/master's degree in engineering (Technical, Electrical, Mechanical) or relevant trade qualification. A minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role, with experience as an Operations/Maintenance Manager, is highly desirable.

Achieving Success:

  • Drive service excellence by managing day-to-day team activities and initiating improvements to existing processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance team culture, behavior, and performance.
  • Lead the team to achieve agreed service levels while maintaining within contractual budget.

Skill Requirements:
