The primary function of this position is to manage and oversee order fulfillment and logistics processes for the entity. This involves timely and accurate order processing, coordination of shipping and transportation, and ensuring a smooth flow of goods across the supply chain.

This role serves as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing orders, liaising with overseas counterparts, serving as a contact point for stakeholders, working closely with 3rd Party Logistics Providers (3PLPs), coordinating shipments, preparing shipping documents, maintaining records, generating reports, and participating in organizational plans.

To be considered for this role, you should have a degree or diploma in a relevant field, preferably with 1-3 years of experience in order processing, logistics, and international trade. You should also possess good general supply chain knowledge, experience using ERP systems, excellent communication and customer service skills, proficiency in MS Office and IFS systems, fluency in English and Mandarin, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
