We are seeking a Digital Transformation Expert to support our digitisation initiatives and system implementation project.

  • This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive digital transformation in the Public Sector
  • A 12 months contract
Job Description:
  • Oversee digitisation operations and vendor management, ensuring quality control and process improvements.
  • Coordinate records preparation, including metadata indexing and file organisation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and authorities to support system development and digital transition.
  • Analyse filing systems, develop digital file plans, and conduct User Acceptance Testing.
  • Deliver training and engagement materials to support staff adoption of digital records management.

About You:

  • You will possess a Min Degree in Business Management.
  • You have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You can work independently.
