Job Overview:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relations Manager to join our Front Office operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of all guest-related activities, providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty;
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments;
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner;
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and feedback;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest Relations or a related role;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities;
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and software;
