Guest Relations Manager Position

Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relations Manager to join our Front Office operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of all guest-related activities, providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty;
  2. Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments;
  3. Provide prompt and courteous assistance to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner;
  4. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and feedback;
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest Relations or a related role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities;
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software;
