We are seeking a skilled and experienced Guest Relations Officer to join our Front Office Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual who can provide exceptional service to our guests.
The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming and checking in and out of guests, managing guest enquiries, and providing information about the hotel as required. They will also act as a key liaison between customers and the hotel, ensuring total customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to delivering excellent service to our guests.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Attentive to details, service-oriented, and a team player
- Conversant in written and spoken English
- Proficient in OPERA (an added advantage)
