Education Consultant

As a skilled education consultant, you will be responsible for promoting our programs to prospective parents and students. Your key objectives include conducting consultations, providing personalized course recommendations, and following up on enquiries through various channels.
You will achieve this by building and maintaining positive relationships with parents and students, advising existing parents on program changes, class schedules, and fee matters, and supporting roadshows, open houses, and promotional events.
In addition, you will manage enrolment processes, prepare regular sales reports, and work closely with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- GCE 'O'/'A' Levels or Diploma (preferably in Education or related field)
- 1–2 years' sales and customer service experience (CRM knowledge an advantage)
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Able to work 5 days/week, including 1 weekend
- Bilingual skills will be an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking parents/students
- Sales-driven, self-motivated, organized, and a strong team player
- Training provided (product & system management)
