Job Title: Temp Customer Associate

At Elitez Pte Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Temp Customer Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the office is maintained in a clean and defect-free condition at all times, by conducting daily walkthroughs to identify areas for improvement and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Manager to roll out best practices and process improvements to enhance service efficiency and member experience.
  • Provide a warm welcome and farewell to all members and visitors to the office.
  • Manage the concierge, walk-ins, and queries coming in through the office.
  • Encourage participation and use of our members' platform and network portal.
  • Manage key card access to the building and office, ensuring utmost security.
  • Manage members and office mail and packages.
  • Conduct office tours and upsell space to prospective members based on their needs.
  • Respond to follow-up and communications professionally and within the given timeframe as per company standards.
  • Refer prospective or existing members to other offices based on their specific needs.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
