Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Deputy Project Manager to assist the Project Director in the successful planning, execution, and completion of our construction projects. This dynamic role requires a leader who can oversee project progress, manage site works, and handle all manpower-related aspects of the project, ensuring we meet deadlines and quality standards.


The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills to effectively liaise with and manage subcontractors and workers on site. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience, with a proven track record of managing deliverables and milestones on time.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong communication skills in Mandarin are essential to effectively liaise with and manage subcontractors and workers on site.
  • Technical Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
    • Strong ability to plan for site access and resolve drawing discrepancies.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent people management skills to coordinate between various disciplines and teams.
    • Possesses excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
