About the Role

As a seasoned project leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective project execution plans, ensuring timely completion, financial viability, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in civil engineering, excellent time management skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

We are looking for a confident individual with a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing design and construction projects, preferably in condominium or BTO projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of professionals to achieve project objectives.

Requirements
  • Education: Min Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE board.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in managing design and construction of condominium / BTO projects.
  • Skills: Strong technical competence, excellent time management skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
