Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As a Global Talent Management Senior Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce by developing and implementing effective learning and development strategies.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with leadership to identify skill gaps and design targeted learning initiatives that align with our business goals.
  • Using HR software and analytics tools, you will measure the impact of learning programs and optimize their effectiveness.
  • You will also drive the adoption of innovative learning technologies and methodologies to enhance employee engagement and performance.
  • In addition, you will provide leadership and guidance to the global talent management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Learning Strategies: Design and implement global learning and development strategies aligned with our business objectives, focusing on early career experience for new hires.
  2. Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with leadership to identify skill gaps and design effective learning initiatives that meet our business needs.
  3. Leverage HR Tools: Utilize HR software and analytics tools to measure the impact of learning programs and optimize their effectiveness.
  4. Drive Adoption: Drive the adoption of innovative learning technologies and methodologies to enhance employee engagement and performance.
  5. Provide Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the global talent management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 3 years in a global or multinational company.
  • Skills: Proficiency in HR software and analytics tools, strong strategic thinking, hands-on approach, innovative mindset, and excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
