Logistics Operations Specialist

As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods and materials. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cargo Management: Receive, inspect, and package cargo for import and export shipments.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular physical stock counts and update records in our ERP system to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Arrange efficient local shipments and inspect cargo upon receipt, reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Basic Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Excel and Word, with ability to adapt to other software as needed.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, move, and handle goods as part of daily tasks.
  • Desirable Skills: Basic knowledge of shipping documentation, familiarity with inventory management systems, and experience with cycle counting procedures.
