Technical Solutions Specialist

Key to this role is the ability to translate technical input into commercially viable responses. As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for shaping early-stage technical strategy and contributing to deals that define how data centres are built and delivered at scale.

This position offers real exposure to major clients, complex programmes, and rapid regional growth. You will have the opportunity to work on high-value projects with hyperscale cloud clients across APAC, learning how to shape early-stage technical strategy and contribute to deals that drive business outcomes.

You will report into the Director, Solutions Engineering and work closely with sales, design, and delivery teams to build robust, scalable solutions. Your background in mechanical or electrical engineering, combined with experience in data centres, critical infrastructure, or complex building services, will enable you to make a meaningful contribution to our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of power, cooling, and infrastructure design principles, as well as strong communication skills to present technical content clearly. A comfortable working style across teams to align commercial and technical inputs is also essential. This role is based in Singapore, with some travel expected.

  • Background in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Experience in data centres, critical infrastructure, or complex building services
  • Solid understanding of power, cooling, and infrastructure design principles
  • Strong communicator with the ability to present technical content clearly
  • Comfortable working across teams to align commercial and technical inputs
