Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Change Manager to join our organization. This role will focus on managing change requests and providing departmental administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

This position involves managing 'Run the Bank' change requests across finance and data domains.

  • Manage change requests and liaise with technical delivery teams.
  • Work with business users to formalize requirements and obtain initial estimates.
  • Consolidate and prioritize CRs for impact assessment, reviewing analysis and quotations with stakeholders.
  • Manage budget allocation, billing, and reporting of prioritised change requests.

Additionally, this role includes coordinating onboarding/offboarding of resources, organizing meetings, maintaining project dashboards, and supporting PMO activities including reporting and tracking.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or Data Science.

Experience:

  • At least 4 + years of relevant experience, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Previous exposure to system analysis and PMO functions is an advantage.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Energetic, organized, detail-oriented and analytical.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Fast learner with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Technical / Domain Skills:

  • Advanced MS Excel (including Macros), PowerPoint, SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and JIRA.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting ability.
