Lead a Medical Team

  • As a medical team leader, you will oversee the operations of a clinic, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects.
  • You will be responsible for managing staff rosters, including doctors' schedules, to guarantee seamless services.
  • Provide top-notch customer service by handling patient registration, queue management, medication dispensing, invoicing, and payment collection with professionalism.
  • Support doctors during in-clinic procedures and act as a chaperone, showcasing your multitasking skills.
  • Perform basic clinical procedures such as dressing changes, ECGs, and nebuliser treatments under close supervision.
  • Ensure timely and accurate claims submissions to relevant government agencies and corporate partners.
  • Oversee the management of medications, consumables, and equipment, including replenishment, stocktaking, and general maintenance, demonstrating your organizational abilities.
  • Comply with current healthcare guidelines and regulations, maintaining the highest standards of care.
  • Be prepared to take on other duties assigned by management, showcasing your adaptability and willingness to learn.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in operating a GP clinic is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are crucial for success in this role.
  • Ability to commit to night shifts and weekend work, showcasing your flexibility.
  • Familiarity with claims management or usage of CMS platforms is an advantage.
