Job Title: Digital Marketer and Advertiser

IBC Ventures LTD is seeking a talented Digital Marketer and Advertiser to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid media campaigns across search engines, social media, and Web3 platforms, optimizing for performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Paid Media Campaigns: Create and implement effective paid media campaigns to drive conversions and revenue growth.
  • Manage Programmatic Ad Buying: Utilize automation tools to manage programmatic ad buying, ensuring efficient real-time bidding and cost-effective placements.
  • Optimize Social Media Ads: Monitor and optimize social media ads using data-driven insights to adjust for maximum ROI.
  • Run Web3-Specific Ad Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted Web3-specific ad campaigns to reach blockchain communities and integrate smart contract-based tracking for user actions.
  • Implement Tracking Systems: Set up tracking systems to monitor KPIs such as CPC, CPA, and ROAS, using tools like Google Analytics and blockchain explorers.
  • Streamline Ad Delivery: Implement marketing automation tools to streamline ad delivery, retargeting, and reporting processes.
  • Manage Influencer Collaborations: Collaborate with influencers and automate partnership tracking to measure campaign impact.
  • Oversee Display Ads: Manage display ads and banner automation, ensuring efficient ad placements and continuous optimization for conversions.
  • A/B Testing: Set up A/B testing for ads to compare performance and optimize creative, targeting, and ad formats.
  • Remarketing Campaigns: Create and manage remarketing campaigns to target users based on prior engagement or website visits.
  • Ad Tracking Pixels: Integrate ad tracking pixels and conversion tracking across digital assets to improve data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the team to design ad visuals and copy that align with campaign objectives.
  • Manage Ad Budgets: Monitor and manage ad budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and meeting monthly ad spend targets.
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor advertising strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Maintain relationships with ad platforms and networks, staying updated on new ad features and tools.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate automated performance reports, providing regular insights to stakeholders on campaign progress.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing and advertising, with a focus on paid media campaigns.
  • Programmatic Ad Buying: Strong understanding of programmatic ad buying and real-time bidding.
  • Web3 Advertising: Experience with Web3 advertising and blockchain technology is a plus.
  • Marketing Automation Tools: Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
