Seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Outreach Client Success Specialist.
About the JobWe are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Outreach Client Success Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for collecting data through phone and face-to-face interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional survey experience that fosters high response rates and customer satisfaction.
Your primary goal will be to design and implement strategies to encourage online participation, reducing reliance on face-to-face interviews and optimizing survey response rates. You will also be tasked with utilizing modern techniques to design surveys that meet organizational needs while keeping pace with technological trends and improving operational efficiency.
In addition, you will apply advanced sampling methods to minimize survey fatigue among the public while ensuring the accuracy and representativeness of collected data. Your expertise in leveraging data analytics tools will be essential in validating and verifying the quality of survey data, exploring alternative data sources, and applying imputation methods to handle incomplete data.
As part of your responsibilities, you will analyze collected data and produce clear, actionable reports using data visualization tools to present findings effectively to stakeholders. Furthermore, you will develop and execute strategies to raise awareness of statistical products, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of various societal segments.
