Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Transformation Specialist to join our team at CHUBB. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for designing and executing end-to-end digital operating models that drive business process improvement and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement digital operating models that align with business strategy and drive process improvement.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for simplification and rationalization.
  • Develop and implement process engineering methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business capability models.
  • Map current state processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement target state processes that drive business process improvement and efficiency.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence/Analytics and Customer/User Experience Analytics teams to define and measure metrics/KPIs.
  • Support the development of roadmaps that reflect business needs and include foundational technology capabilities.
  • Ensure target state processes and exception-based workflows are followed, controlled, and systemically tested for quality assurance.

Functional Competencies:

  • Data-driven decision making and structured thought process.
  • Ability to facilitate, consult, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across large teams.
  • Understanding of market trends and interest in digitization and emerging technologies.

Technical Competencies:

  • Prior experience in Insurance or related industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to reimagine future-state processes by leveraging latest technologies and staying ahead of market trends.
  • Hands-on experience in operational excellence/effectiveness, process engineering, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in digital experience strategy and design or intelligent process automation is a plus.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or other related process engineering certifications is a plus.
