Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to fill this role.

About the Role:

  • Assist in attending to residents' feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support the coordination of site inspections and ensure that all necessary documentation is maintained.
  • Draft and send basic replies or messages to residents under guidance.
  • Maintain accurate records of defects and submit them online.
  • Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors under supervision.
  • Evaluate complex issues and escalate them promptly.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and reporting as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of GCE 'O' Level or NITEC qualifications with at least 5 subjects passed.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or administration, preferably in construction or HDB settings.
  • An independent and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills.
  • The ability to manage interactions with residents professionally and effectively.
  • A flexible work schedule including 5.5 days and alternate full Saturdays.
