Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Policy Associate, specializing in the APAC region. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive international growth across key markets.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive policy strategies to navigate legislative and regulatory landscapes.
  • Provide expert advice on relevant policy developments and regulations in the APAC region.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with government officials and regulators across Asia.
  • Engage with critical stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Craft compelling consultation responses, position papers, and advocacy materials.
  • Represent the company in industry associations and collaborative projects.
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in policy or a related field, with a Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven track record of success in the APAC government, regulatory agency, or legislative office, specifically in financial technology.
  • Expertise in regulatory and legislative laws and initiatives in major jurisdictions in the APAC region.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual.
  • Proficiency in Korean and/or Japanese languages a plus.
  • Ability to travel occasionally within the region, as needed.
  • Comfortable with regular travel to NYC (approximately once a quarter).

This role offers remote work opportunities within the APAC region, with preferred locations including Singapore, Seoul, or Tokyo.
