We're seeking an experienced People & Culture Lead to shape our organizational culture, foster employee engagement, and drive business success through effective partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Provide strategic guidance to our HR Business Partners, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and people strategies.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of HRBPs, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Business Partnership: Oversee the HRBP team's partnership with leaders across the organization to drive business performance through sound HR knowledge.
  • Talent Management: Guide the HRBP team in advising business leaders on talent requirements and optimal hiring strategies.
  • Culture Champion: Collaborate closely with the head of Culture to design, implement, and execute programs that cultivate a positive organizational culture.
  • Risk Mitigation: Ensure the HRBP team proactively mitigates risk and addresses legal considerations related to employment law.
  • Data-Driven Solutions: Drive the HRBP team to analyze trends, identify gaps, and develop data-driven solutions to address people-related risks and issues.
  • Coaching & Development: Ensure consistent coaching of managers and employees on policies and practices.
  • Employee Relations: Oversee the effective facilitation and resolution of complex employee relations issues, concerns, and grievances.
  • Collaborative Service: Foster strong partnerships across the P&C team and with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and strategic alignment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the HRBP function and culture team.
