Job Title

24/7 Operations Support Specialist

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to support our operations team.

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with desktop software for patch management, software packaging, and delivery.

In addition, they will have strong oral and interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless operation
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and expertise
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
