Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Operations Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert support in planning and deploying marine resources within Singapore waters.

  • You will lead the planning and deployment of pilotage, harbour towage, and waterboat resources to ensure seamless 24/7 operations of the busiest port in the world.
  • You will maintain the efficiency of our services, which is a crucial part of the Singapore maritime ecosystem.
  • You will coordinate with vessels to schedule arrival and service timings.
  • You will respond to customer inquiries and requests for new orders, amendments, and cancellations.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to remain calm and make logical decisions under stress and emergency circumstances.
  • Prior experience in operations planning is highly valued.
  • Be willing to work overnight shifts.
