**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled **Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)**to provide Level 2 technical support

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Support**:

- Investigate transaction inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
- **Monitoring and Analysis**:

- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Write and execute **SQL queries**to extract data for business requirements.
- Generate financial reports in **Oracle**to meet audit and compliance needs.
- **Incident and Change Management**:

- Provide **24/7 support**to resolve P1 incidents within SLAs.
- **Disaster Recovery (DR) Support**:

- Deliver **24/7 DR support**for the business.
- **Documentation and Process Improvement**:

- Prepare knowledge transfer (KT) documents for new processes and technical troubleshooting.
- Investigate deviations from standard processes and escalate as per the escalation matrix.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Strong expertise in transaction processing platforms.
- Proficiency in **SQL**and experience in generating reports in **Oracle**.
- Hands-on experience with **Kibana**for dashboard creation and log analysis.
- Solid understanding of **Linux servers**and command-line tools.
- Proven ability to handle **P1 incidents**under tight SLAs in a 24/7 support environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience of financial transaction workflows, clearing, and settlement processes.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident and change management.

**Work Conditions**:

- 24/7 support, willing to work in rotational shifts
- Willingness to support disaster recovery operations and participate in weekend or after-hours maintenance activities.
