Job Summary

The role of a Luxury Security Officer is to provide high-end security services in a hotel environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build relationships with guests and colleagues alike, and demonstrate a passion for service excellence.

This position requires a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to work independently, and excellent problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be proactive in identifying potential security risks and take steps to mitigate them.

  • Patrol hotel premises to detect any suspicious activity or potential security threats.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and keep management informed of any findings.
  • Ensure that all security procedures are followed, including emergency protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Security-related certification required.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
