Logistics Support Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Logistics Team Member to join our team as a key member of the support staff.

  • Counsel and Comfort: Offer emotional support to families in need, providing comfort during difficult times.
  • Logistics Coordination: Transport flowers, backdrops, and other necessary items for wake setups, ensuring timely delivery to designated locations.
  • Event Setup and Takedown: Assist in the setup and teardown of wake locations, maintaining a professional and respectful environment.
  • Timely Delivery: Ensure prompt delivery of logistic items, meeting customer expectations and deadlines.
  • Warehouse Management: Maintain tidiness and accurate records of stock in the warehouse, optimizing storage and retrieval processes.
  • Deceased Transportation: Safely collect and transport deceased individuals, adhering to strict protocols and procedures.
  • Fleet Maintenance: Keep company vehicles, equipment, and facilities clean and well-maintained, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures to ensure excellence in service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.

Requirements:

  • SINGAPOREANS ONLY
  • Hold a Class 3 or 4 Driving License
  • Proficient in basic computer operations
