Logistics Specialist Rider Job Description

Flex Logistics is a fast-growing healthcare supply chain startup in Singapore. The company is seeking a highly driven and motivated logistics specialist to join its team in the early stages of growth.

A logistics specialist rider is responsible for transporting goods and packages from one location to another using motorcycle. This role requires strong time management skills, ability to work in a structured team environment, and navigate through traffic and various terrains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Island-wide collection and delivery of small parcels, documents, and medications
  • Route planning for assigned jobs for the day
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6:30pm, Saturday 9pm-12:30pm
  • Adaptability to change

Requirements:

  • Class 2B valid driving license
  • Own motorbike with box
  • Valid commercial motorcycle insurance
  • Familiarity with Singapore roads
  • Mobile application usage for job assignment and POD
  • Customer service oriented, good working attitude, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset for a structured team environment
