We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Learning and Development Associate to join our team at OCTAVE Institute Limited. You will work closely with our Research Manager and other stakeholders to translate research outputs into L&D content and resources that meet the evolving needs of our learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Support: Assist in the review and development of learning materials and curriculum, ensuring alignment with developmental standards and objectives.
  • Project Assistance: Support the coordination of curriculum development projects, including tracking timelines and budgets, and assist in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business leaders, educators, and administrators to gather input on learning needs, and assist in building and maintaining relationships with external partners and collaborators.
