Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Technical Operations Manager to lead our technical team in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our LNG vessels. The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering management and be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute technical maintenance and repairs for our LNG vessels.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize vessel performance.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure optimal use of company funds.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead accident/incident investigations and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Conduct regular vessel inspections to ensure compliance with company operating standards.

Requirements
  • 6 months experience as Chief Engineer or equivalent experience as senior engineer on LNG Motor vessels.
  • Valid Engine COC holder.
  • Knowledge of ISM, EMS, PMS, Repairs, and Dry-Docking repairs.
  • Good technical knowledge about various marine machinery.
  • Able to drive continuous improvement and lead by example.
