Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chief Technical Operations Manager to lead our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical operations of our organization, ensuring the smooth running of our systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including hardware and software components.
  • To oversee the installation and implementation of new systems and technologies.
  • To ensure that all technical operations are carried out in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and at least 10 years of experience as an AS/400 Administrator or in a similar role.

Key qualifications include:

  • In-depth knowledge of IBM iSeries hardware, OS/400 operating system, and associated software.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
