Robotic Surgical System Developer

As a key member of our R&D team, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering new technical solutions for an advanced flexible robotic surgical system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Control & Algorithm team to design and implement innovative technologies that enhance surgical procedures.
  • Develop algorithms to detect or control surgical instruments, kinematics algorithms to control master controllers, and control strategies.
Requirements:
  • A master's or PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Familiarity with robotic kinematics, dynamics, and control theory is essential.
  • Proficiency in Linux and popular programming languages like C/C++ and Matlab is necessary.
  • Experience in robotic system development, especially with flexible, cable-driven robotic systems, is highly valued.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin is preferred as a close liaison with other support departments in China HQ.
