Cost Manager Position

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cost Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all costs related to projects, ensuring that we deliver high-quality results while minimizing costs and enhancing value for money.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of tender documents and contracts
2. Undertaking cost analysis for tenders, repair, and maintenance project work
3. Allocating upcoming work to contractors
4. Managing all costs relating to projects, seeking to minimize costs and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality
5. Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Proven experience in cost management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
