Job Title: Construction Cost Estimator

Job Summary:

The primary objective of this role is to provide precise and reliable cost estimates for construction projects. This entails collaborating closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that the estimated costs align with the project's goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quantity surveying or construction management, accompanied by a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field. They should also exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Measurement & Pricing and Cost Estimation
  • Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities
  • Responsible for progress claims, variation orders, budget & cost control, subcontract information

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience with quantity surveying or professional qualification
  • Experienced in contract administration of rail or civil engineering projects
  • Prefer to have experience with LTA's project
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS Office
