Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to fill the role of Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Manager in assessing and reviewing complex fit and proper assessment cases, ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Distribution Support, particularly in MAS Representative Notification Framework, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records.

In this role, you will be involved in fit and proper framework review and execution work, ensuring that operational changes are smoothly implemented. You will also be responsible for conducting fit and proper assessments on candidates, making recommendations on their suitability, and escalating adverse findings as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Manager: Assist in assessing and reviewing complex fit and proper assessment cases to ensure that SLAs are met.
  • Fit and Proper Assessments: Conduct assessments on candidates, make recommendations on their suitability, and escalate adverse findings as necessary.
  • Operational Changes: Ensure that operational changes are smoothly implemented and that all relevant stakeholders are informed.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all assessments and operational changes.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma: A degree or diploma in any discipline.
  • Experience: At least 2 years' experience in Distribution Support, particularly in MAS Representative Notification Framework.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
