The ideal candidate should possess a minimum diploma in Arts/Events Management, with experience in design. Independent team players who can simultaneously manage various project elements are highly sought after. Additionally, possessing excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and attention to detail is essential.
With a salary range of $2,300 - $2,600 per month, plus overtime pay, this role offers a competitive compensation package. The successful candidate can expect to work from Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 7:00 pm, with occasional hours outside of stated hours being compensable as overtime payment.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to engage with appointed artists, contractors, and partners, as well as internal divisions, through emails, calls, and meetings. This role also involves designing collaterals for branding visuals and publicity, as well as liaising and coordinating with potential performing groups in overseas countries to participate in events.
