We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as the Regional Channel Director, APAC.

About the Role

This role will drive the Channel Organization in APAC to the next level by taking ownership of the channel sales team in the territory and enabling them to successfully adopt next-generation Channel sales strategies.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales execution, be able to understand and articulate our wide product portfolio, and provide clear direction on how to win relative to our competition.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective Channel sales strategies to drive growth in the region.
  2. Build and manage a high-performing Channel sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they achieve their targets.
  3. Collaborate with the APAC Channel Management Team to align Channel sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  4. Maintain a deep understanding of Zebra's products and solutions, and be able to communicate their value proposition to customers and partners.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in Channel sales and management, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • A keen commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
