We are seeking a highly skilled Country Service Manager to join our Regional IT Governance team at Mizuho Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all IT activities within your assigned country to ensure alignment with regional and global organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Country IT Strategy: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the country's IT situation, operations, and initiatives to ensure alignment with regional and global objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including country GM, CIO, IT Function head, Regional CIO, SMEs, and HO PIC in the respective department.
  • IT Operation Improvement: Help the country improve their IT operation, including incident response, and update the status to the region.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with regional teams to design and implement regional systems and frameworks to countries, and initiate and manage projects assigned by superiors.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present regular reports on country performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement, and ensure clear communication and alignment with HO and regional HQ policy.
Deliverables
  • Information Gathering: Gather information for monthly IT operation meetings and country performance forums.
  • Meeting Deck Creation: Create meeting decks for monthly IT operation meetings and country performance forums.
  • Weekly Status Updates: Provide weekly status updates to the Regional CIO.
  • Country Project Status Tracking: Track country project status from initiation to release.
  • Country IT Operation Improvement Action Plan: Develop an action plan to improve country IT operations.
  • SME Review Arrangement: Arrange SME reviews.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance or Technology.
  • Experience: Proven experience in country coordination, preferably in a multinational organization.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated leadership and project management skills, flexibility, and adaptability to navigate dynamic and challenging situations.
