Job Description\

We are seeking a skilled Specialist in Product Experience Design to drive the creation and scaling of innovative experiences that fuel our business. This role will be part of a global multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with designers, researchers, and strategists to craft differentiated and impactful products.

As a key member of this team, you will contribute to the development of customer-centric design solutions, working closely with product management, engineering, and other cross-functional teams. Your expertise will help shape the user experience, ensuring it is intuitive, engaging, and aligned with our business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications\

  • Proven experience in product experience design, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to create impactful and customer-centric designs. \
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience (UX) methodologies. \
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and stakeholders. \
  • A strong track record of driving design projects from concept to launch, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines. \
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and clients. \
  • Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as design, fine arts, or a related discipline. \
  • Certifications or training in design thinking, UX research, or related fields are highly valued. \
  • Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc. \
  • Ability to travel occasionally, primarily within Asia Pacific region.
