Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Product Innovation Specialist to champion design and user experience across our business. As part of our Global Design and Product Experience team, you will be responsible for creating innovative design solutions that balance visuals, user-interaction, performance, manufacturing, and cost.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop the look and feel of our products
  • Visualise multiple design solutions at a high resolution
  • Support design reviews with senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate daily with our global network of designers and engineers
  • Negotiate development, manufacturing, and cost limitations
  • Ensure delivery of products according to the established design vision


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or equivalent
  • 2+ years of hands-on design experience
  • Proficient in sketching, form giving, 3D surface quality, and 3D modelling
  • Proficient in 3D CAD applications (NX, Rhino, Alias, Solidworks)
  • Knowledgeable in continuous CAD surfacing theory
  • Knowledgeable in rendering software (Keyshot, VRed)
  • Proficient in 2D design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design)
  • Knowledgeable in manufacturing processes and down-stream product delivery
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to clearly present ideas both verbally and visually
  • Assertive and diplomatic – a great collaborator and receptive of constructive criticism
