Job SummaryThis Senior Management Executive position reports directly to the Executive Director and works closely with the Senior Management team in organisational development and compliance matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving organisational development, transformation, and improvement initiatives, as well as ensuring compliance with governance requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesOrganisational Development- Develop and implement proposals for organisational development, transformation, and improvement, including research and analysis of best practices.
- Manage the implementation of approved proposals, ensuring effective change management and minimal disruption to operations.
- Establish documentation and processes to support organisational development, transformation, and improvement initiatives.
- Manage governance compliance issues within the organisation, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and effective follow-up.
- Manage internal and external communications, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Provide secretarial support at key corporate meetings, including Board Meetings and Board Committee Meetings.
- Degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in the Social Services industry.
- Meticulous, analytical, and excellent business writing skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills, with excellent problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- Experience in change management and/or compliance matters is highly advantageous.
