Jewellery Sales Associate

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Jewellery Sales Associate to join our team.

  • Location: Orchard Road
  • Working days & time: 6 days, with a mix of morning and evening shifts
  • 4 days off per month
  • Minimum 1 year experience in High-End Retail required.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Job Description:

As a Jewellery Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling high-end jewellery products to our clients. This includes conducting product demonstrations, helping clients choose their ring designs, and ensuring a smooth flow of service for our clients.

  • You will be trained to deliver a holistic and high-quality product demo to our clients, throughout the first 3 months.
  • You will also be expected to continuously keep abreast of ongoing product developments.
  • You will be in charge of ensuring timely delivery of diamond products, helping clients with their customized designs, and following up on their enquiries.
  • This includes greeting and ushering clients, helping them with collections, and many more interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in High-End Retail.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
