**Equipment Reliability Specialist Role Summary**

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled equipment reliability specialist to join our organization and contribute to the success of our operations. As an equipment reliability specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and continuously improving equipment reliability programs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop predictive and preventive maintenance strategies that enhance equipment performance and reliability.
  • Lead Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) programs to optimize maintenance and equipment reliability.
  • Review and recommend maintenance strategies with engineering and operations teams to reduce downtime and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze spare parts availability and lead engineering deviations analysis to minimize disruptions.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for manufacturing deviations, providing technical input and support to ensure compliance.
  • Identify recurring deviations and improve process robustness through trend analysis and control logic understanding.
  • Develop condition-based maintenance strategies to ensure dependable equipment performance.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of experience in equipment reliability and maintenance.
  • GMP experience is advantageous.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail is critical for ensuring accuracy and precision in maintenance strategies.
