Retail Sales Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead our fashion retail team and drive sales growth. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee daily store operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and motivate the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of daily store operations to ensure efficiency and high performance.
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Leadership, training, and motivation of the retail team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Management of inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to enhance store appeal.
  • Analysis of sales reports and market trends to optimize business strategies.
  • Fostering strong customer relationships and handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
  • Collaboration with marketing and merchandising teams for promotions and brand campaigns.
  • Maintenance of adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum [X] years of experience in fashion retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
  • Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of retail trends.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
