Job Title: Executive Operations Specialist

Job Description:
  • We are seeking a skilled Executive Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our security sites, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with our standards and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Site Management: Oversee the daily operations of multiple security sites, including managing manpower schedules, coordinating site responses, and implementing emergency procedures as needed.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, and implement measures to mitigate these risks.
  • Incident Response: Develop and implement effective incident response plans to ensure that all incidents are handled promptly and efficiently.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to carry out their duties effectively.

Requirements:
  • Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the security industry, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.
