Children's Learning Facilitator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Children's Learning Facilitator.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with children of primary school age, designing and delivering engaging lessons in English and Mathematics. You will be responsible for scheduling tuition classes, homework supervision, and part-time teacher classes, as well as recruiting suitable teachers. Your role will also involve conducting orientation sessions, briefings, and payroll submissions.
You will work closely with part-time teachers, providing support and guidance, and collaborate with reading club volunteers to plan activities. Additionally, you will organize birthday celebrations and major events, communicate with caregivers, school teachers, and stakeholders to ensure the well-being of the children.
Your duties will include keeping records of tuition classes, attendance, and academic information, preparing reports for board meetings, and responding to queries from various sources.
Other responsibilities may include working on school holiday programs, chaperoning duties, and other tasks assigned by the Centre Manager or CEO.
Requirements- Experience working with children, preferably in a school or social service environment.
- Familiarity with MOE curriculum and structure.
- Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to coordinate and liaise with multiple parties.
- Self-motivation and goal-oriented.
- A passion for helping disadvantaged children and youth.
