
Learning Facilitator

Are you passionate about education and eager to make a positive impact on young lives? We are seeking an experienced Educator to join our team as a Learning Facilitator. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong ability to motivate and inspire students.
Key Responsibilities:- Program Implementation: Design and implement educational programs that align with the centre's policies, guidelines, and framework. Ensure that these programs cater to the diverse needs of primary school children, promoting their academic and personal growth.
- Homework Support: Provide guidance to primary school children (grades 1-6) in completing their homework assignments, focusing on understanding concepts rather than just completing tasks.
- Enrichment Programs: Conduct MindChamps unique enrichment programs, covering subjects such as English, Maths, and Chinese. Develop engaging lesson plans that encourage children to learn through interactive activities and hands-on experiences.
- Progress Monitoring: Maintain accurate records of children's progress and address individual educational and developmental needs with empathy and expertise. This involves identifying areas where children require extra support and developing personalized plans to help them succeed.
- Classroom Environment: Take ownership of preparing and maintaining teaching resources, ensuring the classroom is well-organized, visually appealing, and conducive to learning.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with children and parents by being approachable, reliable, and responsive to their needs.
- Role Modeling: Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills by being an inspiring role model, showcasing creativity, positivity, and a growth mindset. Encourage children to adopt healthy attitudes towards learning and self-improvement.
