Job Overview

The Human Resource Clerk role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's HR functions.

  • Maintain and update employee records, assist in preparing HR-related documents, and file and manage HR documentation efficiently.
  • Conduct recruitment & onboarding processes by posting job advertisements, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and providing support to new employees.
  • Offer assistance with basic employee queries on HR policies, provide administrative support in staff welfare activities, and facilitate training programs.
  • Evaluate compliance with company policies and local labor regulations, and contribute to the preparation of simple HR reports.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is required for this position.
  • Entry-level candidates are acceptable; experience in clerical or HR-related work is an advantage.
  • Key skills include good communication, basic knowledge of HR processes and employment laws, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
