Overview

CNPLaw LLP is inviting suitable professionals to join their team as Business Partners in the following areas: Corporate, Dispute Resolutions, Funds, Wealth and Investment, Private Clients.

Responsibilities

As a Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing legal and transactional advice, reviewing and drafting client and credit-related documentations. You should have experience in funds and investment management, wealth planning, estate planning, wills and probate matters.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have 3 to 7 years of post-qualification experience with solid exposure to corporate M&A and general commercial work. They should possess strong contract drafting, negotiation and research skills.
