Service Ambassador Wanted

We're seeking a charismatic and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Ambassador.

About the Role:

As a Service Ambassador, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with guests, and promoting our menu offerings in a professional and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage guests with a warm and welcoming approach.
  • Confidently recommend menu items and promotions to suit guests' preferences.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly with attention to detail.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area.
  • Clear and reset tables efficiently to ensure a smooth flow of service.
