E-Commerce Operations Coordinator

Are you an experienced retail professional looking for a new challenge?
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an E-Commerce Operations Coordinator.
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee our e-commerce inventory, process online orders, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies.
As an E-Commerce Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory records, identifying and resolving issues, and driving sales through creative marketing ideas and strategies.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct daily stock checks and report findings to relevant departments* Coordinate with Retail Operations to resolve inventory discrepancies* Support Inventory Planner in validating cycle counts and stock take results* Maintain accurate inventory validation records* Identify and report price tag or item issues to Merchandising; coordinate reprinting as needed* Process and track online orders, including printing packing lists, delivery orders, and receipts* Manage e-commerce inventory, order fulfillment, and document flow* Handle online customer inquiries, feedback, and refund/exchange tracking*

Requirements:
* At least 1 year of relevant admin experience in retail or FMCG* Strong experience with e-commerce and the ability to drive sales with creative marketing ideas and strategies* Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel (e.g., Pivot tables, formulas)* Open to working on weekends and staggered work hours* We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
